Meet Kristen

Hi, I’m Kristen — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified ADHD Professional, and Life Coach. I work with clients who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or constant pressure to “get it right.” Together, we build insight, regulate emotions, and strengthen self-trust — not through perfectionism, but through awareness and steady growth.

My goal is to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your body, and create practical strategies that fit real life. Healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming — it can be structured, creative, and even a little fun.

Outside of sessions, I design tools like TINGO: Toxic Trait Bingo and interactive self-coaching workbooks that make personal growth accessible, relatable, and sometimes surprisingly enjoyable.
