Hi, I’m Kristen Melton, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Coach.
I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted find clarity, confidence, and steadiness again.
Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, burnt out, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand — overthinking, people-pleasing, shutdowns in relationships, or constant self-doubt. They know something isn’t working anymore, but they’re not sure how to change it.
